I ve used GDE for multiple exterior renovation jobs. They are professional teams and do quality work. After painting nearly 1,400 units, I ve not had a single resident complaint elevated beyond the local project manager. All work has been completed faster than expected. Unfortunately every job I ve done with them has gone over budget.
