What to say about Urban Flats?

This is a very well located restaurant in downtown Winter Garden.
The decoration and layout are great and very well thought out to accommodate a good amount of people without making the place feel crowded.
Good job following Covid-19 measures and cleanliness was great too.
We went for Sunday Brunch, and while food was tasty, it still needs some work, especially because portion sizes when you think of 'brunch' are not as expected, and kind of makes us wish we would have ordered from the regular menu.
Additionally, the bloody mary was off and had to change for a different drink which tasted more of sangria mix than actual wine.
Presentation is great and service is friendly.
