👤 Customer: I recently came across this media company (🌐 nihao-media.cn) and I have to say, my experience was just average. Their website design was visually pleasing and easy to navigate, but the overall content felt lacking. They offer a variety of services, but the information provided seemed generic and didn't captivate my attention. 🤔 The customer support was decent, although not extraordinary. Their response time was satisfactory, but there were times when I felt like my questions were not fully addressed. 💁‍♀️ However, I appreciate their effort in providing bilingual services and catering to both Chinese and English speakers.
