I had a great experience this past weekend at Keffer VW. I was met at the door by William Brinkley, who from start to finish was a salesperson I would grade A+ . He is personable, patient (listens and applies no pressure), enthusiastic and very knowledgeable, and it was clear that he is more than willing to go to great lengths to make a customer happy. I was interested in a GTI (which I wound up leasing), and he took the time to show me many features of the car and to take me on a test drive of two different models. The whole process was as pleasant as shopping for a car could possibly be, and I appreciate it.
