I recently came across a flower company called Provence Rose Group and decided to give them a try. I must say, my experience was pretty average. While their website was user-friendly and visually appealing, I found their selection of flowers to be quite limited. The prices were reasonable, but I expected a bit more variety for the cost. The delivery process was smooth, and my flowers arrived in good condition, but they didn't quite meet my expectations in terms of freshness. The customer service was satisfactory, although the response time could have been quicker. Overall, I would rate my experience with Provence Rose Group as average. They have some room for improvement in terms of their product range and communication, but they still provided a decent service.
