I recently had the opportunity to work with a consulting firm on a project. I found their level of service to be average. While they were responsive and delivered the project on time, I felt that the quality of their work could have been better. There were some issues that needed to be addressed, and it took longer than expected to resolve them. Overall, I was satisfied with the outcome, but I expected more from a company with their reputation.
