Believe me when I say I'm as harsh a judge as they come in any provided services.
It took a few weeks for me to receive their initial contact letter however.. when I called I got into touch with my adjuster Kyle Incrocci he was polite & respectful and within a week of me making contact we're already getting my repair costs filled out.

I highly recommend you come to any insurance company PREPARED you will need a police statement and or witness statement, an estimate of the damage from a reputable shop, pictures of the damage, your vin numbers etc etc (a uhaul Hot My parked truck)

Be ready and they will get you taken care of, bravo rep west I'm impressed.
