You don t want to trust these guys to build your new house. Don t make the mistake we did in doing so. They rush to get the house done, give you 20 minutes to walk around, get you to sign something saying it s good, and won t fix all of the unfinished work after they get your money. I ve been fighting with them to get them back to fix all the poorly completed work for the last 5 weeks, and they are fighting me on things rather than stepping up and owning the issues.

We have bought a new construction home before, and all I can say is Pulte falls far short of my prior experience. I now have to start engaging counsel to demand use of the remaining Undisbursed escrowed funds to hire legitimate contractor to fix the messed up work that wasn t finished right.
