If I could give zero stars I would. Waited a month...

If I could give zero stars I would. Waited a month for a home quote to add on to my current vehicle policy. They didn't call me back until they got my cancellation notice from my new insurance company that got me a quote in less than 12 hours. Extremely unprofessional and astoundingly bad customer service.
