I brought my Lexus 450 in for its 15k mile work up. A Lexus Service Rep, Matt Dubin, was right at my window ready to help. I was early for my appointment but he said it was ok and walked me in immediately. He walked me through what was to be done with this service, asked if there was anything else. I explained there was a knocking sound when I held the brake down. He made a note and escorted me to the waiting area. Not too long after he came and got me as the work needed to fix my brake system was going to need more time. He provided a loaner quickly and I was able to leave. He called me as soon as my car was ready. When I got back I got my car back in a very short amount of time and was very well taken care of. Matt is very knowledgeable, very personable and made this visit a pleasant one!
