Bad agency, which activates false contracts without the workers' knowledge (therefore without signature or in any case falsifying it).
It happened to me in full QUARANTINE, with a contract activated on March 21, when I was not working and I was perceiving unemployment: this annual contract (discovered 3 months later, since the money was not arriving and I started some "investigations" ) made me lose unemployment and Covid bonuses ... But obviously I DID NOT WORK FOR THIS AGENCY FOR ONE DAY.
Surely they will have had their own advantage, to get a false contract ... But it's not legal!
In addition to falsifying contracts, they do not provide the IPRs, mandatory by law, they do not send the pay envelopes at the same time as the payment (even after many requests and reminders, even to their labor consultant), they rarely send the CU ... Well, not to mention that the wages are scarce and 75 days at the end of the month ...
