Recently used an event planning service and it was overall a good experience. The website was user-friendly and I found it easy to explore different options. Booking the vendors was smooth, however, a few of them were not as responsive as I would have liked. The event itself went well, but there were some minor hiccups. It would be great if the platform could improve vendor communication to make the experience even better.
