I have been using Edutec solutions for a few months now, and I can say that their service is average. The website is easy to navigate and the customer support is decent. However, there are a few areas where they could improve. The response time for technical issues is a bit slow, and sometimes it takes a while to get a resolution. Overall, I would say that Edutec solutions is an okay company to work with.
