I recently went on a trip booked through a travel agency. The entire experience was amazing, from start to finish. The destination was beautiful and the itinerary was well-planned. The only downside was the lack of communication from the agency. Although the trip went smoothly, I would have appreciated more updates and information throughout the process. Overall, it was a great trip but could have been even better with better communication.
