The ride to the statue and Ellis island are included in the ticket. The whole trip was uneventful until a group of about 200 people were waiting to get picked up in pouring rain and lightning. They had two entrances, one for NY and one for NJ. NJ boats were coming and going empty. You would think that they would use those boats to take people back to the NY port. Well, they don't. They leave people waiting in the rain no matter how long that is. Disorganized.!
