I love Pilates Center of Chicago. Alicia is one of the finest instructors I've ever had. Her dedication to alignment, proper form, and body safety is the reason I keep returning week after week. It's really helped me recover from a surgery and rehab in a way that physical therapy alone couldn't do. I highly recommend every single class, instructor, and offering here.
