I had a mixed experience with Lucid Laboratories Pvt Ltd. While their website lucidlabsindia.com offered a great range of products and services, the customer support was lacking. It took some time for them to resolve my queries, but they eventually did. I believe with some improvements in their support system, they can become an excellent company.
