Horrible customer service. I spoke with a representative on the 1st who stated they were going to send me paperwork in the mail. 2 weeks later i still havent received it yet i am receiving threatening mail if I do not respond. I immediately called customer service again who stated the info was mailed on the 2nd and again on the 7th. When i told him I didnt receive either, he asked if I was having problems receiving my mail. He then proceeded to tell me to get the info from your website #1 why would they send the info twice 5days apart when i only requested it once?? That seems a little fishy. #2 the response about receiving my mail is highly ineffective and just a poor standard "customer service" response. I worked in customer call centers for over 10yrs. And that is not something you should say to a customer who is trying to keep in touch with your company to resolve the issue. #3 if the representative was listening, I had just said I received correspondence from them today. #4 I called back to get some real assistance and was offered an automated call back due to a high call volume, which I requested and never received. I will be searching for a new company once/if this issue has been resolved.
