Worst company I ve ever experienced. I sent them a revised tax bill 10 months ago and called them 6 times with e-mails that had a copy of the revised tax bill and no one ever responded. I finally got the answer that I had to show them the tax bill from this year in order for them to revise it. Called the tax accessor and no one can get that information until November! Finally talked to a supervisor and never heard anything back until one day I got a letter in the mail stating my monthly payment had been lowered and I had an overage in my escrow account. So relived it was finally resolved. A few days later I got another letter saying I was delinquent on paying my loan and my credit went down 100 points. I have ALWAYS paid my loan on time. Now I have to fight that accusation. I am SO done with this company! BBB will be hearing from me.
