Party of 9 arrived at the clubhouse at 11:30. Placed drink orders and shortly thereafter placed our lunch order. After the 4th race some of us still were not served lunch and we had to go into the lobby and buy additional drinks. Requested our check and closed out just after the 7th race. Never received a club sandwich, our second round of drinks or the horseradish sauce for the corned beef. Seems that on the Friday after Thanksgiving the kitchen and waiters should have been fully staffed. If you cannot employ enough personal to accomadate the capacity then maybe you should reduce the size of the menu to three items. Hiring a restuarant manager may also help keep the kitchen moving, although the wait staff also seemed to be stretched thin. Very poor and embarrassing experience since 6 of our guest were from out of town.
