I didn't have that many great experience with dealership in the past. But this time was completely different. Richard was extremely patient, genuine, and he didn't push me at all.
I had never thought the process was that smooth. Yet, Richard made that super easy. Even though, autonation Chandler is 45 mins drive from where I live, I feel like I made a right decision and was very satisfied with it.
