I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service was impeccable and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The location of the hotel is also great, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Reading. It truly exceeded my expectations.
