I have purchased 7 vehicles at Karl Chevrolet since 1994. In 2014, I was looking for a more gas economical vehicle and was between two vehicles, a Equinox and a Ford escape. I went with the Ford :( and regretted that decision every time I attempted to arrange a minor repair or an oil change at the local ford dealership. I lost money on my trade, but I don't regret my new purchase in the least! There is not a dealership anywhere around that compares to Karl Chevrolet's service department or their customer service. Marty Mohler, my salesman, notified me of upcoming rebates, helped locate a vehicle with the options I wanted, and was very accommodating. I can't say enough about Craig Gramenz either. I have purchased 6 vehicles from him when he was a salesman and had 2 vehicle orientations since he has been in his new position. Awesome guy and very knowledgeable and helpful about the options on my vehicle! Hey Craig...I can't get that darn garage door opener programmed:) Thank you again for another great experience! You have an awesome team and as a customer, I really appreciate that! It matters to me and the #1 reason I traded! Thank you
