I used them for a missionary plaque and was very pleased with the final product and the process. I had to make some special requests to which they were very accommodating. I would hope that they update their website soon, since I personally think that the way to order online could be more clear. With that said, when I had questions about my online order they explained everything well, so that's why I'm still giving 5 stars.
