I've been a CUSTOMER of Monster Layer Creative for a while now, and I must say that my experience has been average. The customer service is decent, but I feel like there could be improvements in terms of response time. They do provide quality work, but sometimes their creative solutions fall short of my expectations. Overall, they are an okay company to work with.
