Having to book an intervention following a ford call I cannot contact anyone of the assistance. After several attempts to fix the appointment, I finally managed to get in touch by calling the salesperson number (perhaps they hoped to sell a car). I receive the reply via an SMS with an appointment date not agreed with me and for which I am not available. I try to reply to the SMS but the number rejects incoming messages. Now I'm at the point and at the head.
