I looked at a building they recently acquired at 1717 Dixie Highway in Ft Wright. I was looking for a small office space. Mark, the broker/owner, was 10 minutes late to the meeting, but to his credit he did message me to let me know 5 minutes before he was running late. In hindsight, I should have left. I had other things to do and I had a small window.

After showing me around and telling me about their plans with the building he indicated that he would send me a lease or application, "the two page version not the 50 page," but after 8-9 days I've yet to receive a response from my follow up text and voice mail. I was simply looking for an office space.
A simple follow up message or reply would have sufficed. Typically, with professional office spaces, a leasing agent will follow up indicating they no longer had spaces available or they would indicate a reason for not sending an application. I'm not 100% sure what happened, but it wasn't a professional look for a broker or agent of any sort.
