Ran out of buffet food at business meeting lunch f...

Ran out of buffet food at business meeting lunch for 50 people on second day. Finally brought out salad bowl with rotten cucumbers, unsavory greens and too much dressing in an attempt to cover it up. A few sandwiches finally came on giant white bread rolls that I would never eat. Server who brought the food looked terrified. Lucky I had a bag of peanuts in my car.
