I've been a customer of The Loyalty Zone Pty Ltd for several years and I must say that their service is average. The website is easy to navigate and the loyalty program is decent. However, I feel that they could improve on their customer support. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response to my inquiries. Overall, it's an okay company to do business with.
