I landed in Vegas from a long tour in Africa and needed a good car. The first place I stopped was Henderson BMW, Auto Nation and the minute I walked onto the lot I was greeted by an amazing member of their staff. She asked me my needs and listened, then took me right to the car I was looking for. 2013 BMW 381i Turbo, what a fantastic car!
The staff treated me like family and made me feel comfortable. My sales agent did her work in a timely and professional manor.
My deal took less than two hours and I was driving away in a very clean car with a smile on my face ear to ear!
There is no doubt about it that I'll be back to purchase another car from them.
I've bought over 70 cars in my life and I can honestly say that this was a very good experience. Maybe other dealers could take lessons from these guys at Henderson BMW.
