Front desk clerk gave me a hard time stating that ...

Front desk clerk gave me a hard time stating that she couldn t locate my reservation. Minutes later she says it s because she printed the reservation off already. She laid my ID on the counter instead of giving it to me as if she didn t want to touch my hand. I had to tell her my first and last name three times for it to sink with her. It s not a hard name. That tells me she is not a good listener. I got to my room and one of the sheets was dirty. I called the front multiple times before I got an answer. The clerk told me I d have to come down in person to get a clean sheet. When I asked why I should have to come down and get a sheet when they put me in a room with a dirty sheet to begin with she replied that there was no one to watch the front desk. I asked to speak with a manager and she told me the manager was gone for the day. Management has dropped the ball by not fully staffing the hotel and people with bird brains like the clerk will only frustrate guests like myself who spend hard earned money on expensive hotels.
