I had a mixed experience with Escapenotes. While the customer service was excellent and the website was easy to navigate, I found the range of escape rooms to be quite limited. The puzzles were challenging enough, but I would have liked to see more variety in terms of themes. Overall, it was a good experience, but I hope they expand their offerings in the future.
