My experience with Freeze drying Lab was satisfactory. They successfully freeze-dried my flowers, albeit with a few minor issues. The staff was helpful throughout the process, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of quality control. Despite this, I appreciate their efforts and would consider giving them another chance in the future.
