Customer service was professional from beginning to end of the data recovery process. Memofix did an excellent job of recovering data from my physically and electronically damaged hard drive for what I consider to be a very reasonable price. The damage was greater than I expected but they did recover the files I sought. Sending me a document containing a list of recoverable data files before approving and paying for the data recovery allowed me to make a more sound judgement of the cost vs benefit of the service. I highly recommend Memofix. However, I hope to never need data recovery again.
