my first room had no AC. They switched my room but...

my first room had no AC. They switched my room but the next one was at the very far corner in the back of the building. They told me they moved me to a courtyard facing room but after the 1/4 mile trek to my room, I found a view of a concrete wall.
glad I was only there one night.
