I showed up to check-out some bicycles I was interested in, even though the posted hours said the store was open, it was locked-up with no-one there.
Turns out they were all out for a cycling ride for the Memorial Day, returned later that day and the store was open, the store staff offered assistance in selecting a Electra Cruiser 7D , exact bike I was look for. Nice to see they were cycling enthusiast, and once they were out on their own ride, they returned to the store to help customers. Nice customer service...
