What fantastic service! I bought a Tefal Jam maker...

What fantastic service! I bought a Tefal Jam maker from Lakeland (another excellent company). It went wrong after a couple of years so I was told to send it to this company. I did and they repaired it and returned it very quickly.
That was about 6 years ago. Recently it stopped working so, as I love this product, I tried to replace it but it's discontinued and the later model doesn't have as many functions. I contacted Groupe Seb to see if they could repair it again. They arranged collection and within a week, phoned to say they could no longer get the parts so they would replace it. I explained that the latest model was not as good and they said they'd replace it with the same model.
Just a couple of days later, the new one arrived. I'm delighted.
Helpful, efficient, fast and not expensive. What more could anyone want?
