I recently used Insure Apple for my iPhone protection and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the process of getting a quote was smooth. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representative I spoke to was not very helpful and seemed uninterested in answering my questions. Overall, I would rate Insure Apple as average.
