Sat down at a sidewalk table as indicated by hoste...

Sat down at a sidewalk table as indicated by hostess. Water arrived quickly. No sign of a server for ~10 minutes. Asked bus boy to tell server we are ready to order. Took almost 5 more minutes. We understand it's Covid but we've tried to support restaurants either via takeout or recently outdoor dining, and this has been the worse. The person who took out order may have just been jumping into the breach... Hopefully the food will be close to how it was pre-Covid. Will edit... So far, not impressed.

Update: food was good. Not as hot as could be; several of the dishes that we ordered should have been premade (ribs appetizer, beef rengdang, garlic noodles) and they came out quickly. I'd say the taste was 80% of pre-Covid quality, which is not bad considering... Many other places are 60%. Raising review from 2 to 3 stars. Oh, an important datum: we had arrived before 5pm for reasons, so they weren't that busy. It could have been between shifts, I guess.
