I had an average experience with Instant Autographs Inc. The website is easy to navigate and find the autographs I was interested in. The checkout process was fairly smooth as well. However, the customer service could use some improvement. I had a question about one of the autographs, and it took several days for them to respond to my email. Overall, it was an okay experience.
