The product PHILIPS 11000 power bank was ordered using my reward points and I recieved faulty product. The Power bank is in 2 piece. Not sure if it was verified before packing.
I called worldwide and complaint about the faulty product for which they collected my details and now I m not able to connect them. Guess my number is blocked.
