The services provided by Prometheus Information are good, but not exceptional. The team is knowledgeable, but there is room for improvement. The website, prometheus.com.au, is user-friendly, but could use some enhancements. I have been a customer for a while now, and while I'm generally satisfied, there are areas that require attention.
