I've been living in a Jefferson County Housing Authority property for the past three years and overall, my experience has been positive. The staff is generally responsive and maintenance requests are typically addressed in a timely manner. However, there have been a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. Overall, it's an average experience, but I appreciate the affordable housing options they provide.
