I had an average experience with Fancy tour. The website fancy.it was easy to navigate and had plenty of information on their tour packages. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representatives were not very responsive to my inquiries and it was difficult to get a timely response. Overall, my experience with Fancy tour was just okay.
