I have been a member of this credit union for a few years now and I am satisfied with their services. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The employees are always courteous and helpful. I appreciate that they offer competitive interest rates on loans and savings accounts. It would be nice if they had more ATM locations, but overall, I have had a positive experience with Billings Federal Credit Union.
