I came to Affiliated psych services seeking help for my depression, and I am glad I did. The therapists here are warm, understanding, and knowledgeable. They have helped me gain a deeper understanding of my emotions and provided me with effective coping strategies. I am starting to feel more hopeful and optimistic about the future. Highly recommend!
