I recently worked with a public relations company for my business promotion and decided to choose this particular company. The experience was average, with both positive and negative aspects. On the positive side, the company has a professional website that showcases their previous projects and services. Their team seemed knowledgeable and provided guidance throughout the process. However, I felt that the communication could have been better. There were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get a response, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, the pricing was on the higher side compared to some other similar companies in the market. Overall, the services provided were decent, but I expected a more seamless experience considering the cost. If you are looking for a reliable PR company, give them a try, but be prepared for a few hiccups along the way.
