As a CUSTOMER, I must say that Satterfield James Michael is an average company. The services they provide are satisfactory, but nothing outstanding. The prices are reasonable and the customer service is decent. However, I feel like there is a lack of innovation in their offerings. Overall, I would rate them as average.
