She had her credit union send a check to Sun Toyota to pay for car in full. The slick salesman brought the car to her with paperwork to sign. The slick salesperson had her sign to go with a new loan company WITHOUT HER KNOWLEDGE. He must be compensated by Grow Financial. The car was dirty, the 160 point check was completed in September by incompetent mechanics, they didn't even check the Navigation system or the key fob. Battery did not work. Key was missing the door key. Navigation had previous owner information. So many things are wrong with this sale. My Aunt was exploited by this Unethical Company. Go to any Toyota Dealer, but Run from Sun. That should be their marketing slogan. RUN FROM SUN.
