My introduction to Glenn Brown was preceded by my ex filing more frivolous motions to harass the kids and I because I had obtained out of state employment. After being dragged into court more than 20 times by my ex, even after the divorce was final, I had racked up a huge attorney debt and had little to show for it. Having a less than fruitful experience with my first attorney, I was not interested in hiring yet another attorney and had considered appearing in court Pro Se. After meeting Glenn Brown, I am so thankful that I decided to pay for another attorney and forego the Pro Se route.
In short, when you hear the phrase, great attorney , think Glenn Brown. Glenn is extremely experienced in family law and has a phenomenal grasp of both state statutes and case law. Her motions and exhibits were impeccably well organized and time after time she laid out cogent and persuasive arguments in my defense against a flurry of baseless motions initiated by my ex and her attorney.
Glenn is very proactive in her approach to building a case and was always spot-on with every motion, brief and exhibit. Most importantly, she is very confident, adept and persuasive in her arguments to the Court and easily defeated opposing counsel arguments with her solid knowledge of case law and state statutes.
From a client s perspective, I greatly appreciated Glenn s pragmatism and cooperative attitude when dealing with client expectations and frustrations. She takes a partnership approach with clients and you never feel like she is talking down to you or leaving you out of the decision making process. She takes the time to explain everything she wants to do and solicits client input.
I can t say enough good things about Glenn in this short review but, from my experience with other attorneys, Glenn is head and shoulders above her peers. If I should ever again require legal services in Oklahoma I would immediately contact Glenn as my first choice. I d also like to give a shout out to Glenn s legal assistant, Alysia, whose excellent administrative support allowed Glenn to focus on the legal aspects of my case and not be distracted with case administration. They make a great team.
